Bella Terra Landscape Designs LLC is a residential landscape design service in Portland, Oregon providing custom plans and consultation for the do-it-yourselfer or for professional installation. Landscape Designer Tina C. Olsen has been designing landscapes since 1999.  Trained at PCC and CCC with a BS from OSU, she has continuing education as a member of the Association of NW Landscape Designers.  Tina collaborates with other professionals in the landscape industry to bring you a beautiful garden with an uncompromising approach to quality.

No matter the size of your landscaping project, we have a service to fit your needs: Full Plan service for larger projects where we do everything for you. Rapid Plan for smaller projects where you do the measuring.   On-site consultation for fresh ideas and solutions.
